Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Germany and Austria. 🇩🇪🇦🇹

How long does the delivery take?

We do our best to ship your order to you within 1-3 working days. Shipping outside Germany usually takes 4-10 days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.95 per order within Germany.

For orders to Austria there is a flat shipping charge of 4.50€ per order.

How can I return an item?

Would you like to return an item? No problem – contact our customer support at mail@dianazurloewen.de and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Please note that in case of return, the costs incurred are to be borne by the customer.

Can I see the status of my order?

Of course. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a shipping confirmation. In this email you will also find your tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order.

Products & Care.

Where are the products produced?

Together with our manufacturer in France, we implement our design ideas.

Our jewelry manufacturer is based in France, but individual parts such as the beads or studs come from Asia.

In our search for good quality, we found our current manufacturer. Certain individual parts are still produced in Asia, but we are working together to make supply chains more transparent in the future. And unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility that similar products of our jewelry are available on other websites. But we can guarantee that we stand behind our products and our quality.

Our dressing gowns are made in Portugal.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry was created to make you happy for as long as possible! To avoid scratches, it is best to store your jewelry in a soft fabric bag or jewelry box. Avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals and clean it regularly with a soft cloth.
